Yes, you can cancel your booking. If you go to dashboard and click on the visit you will be able to cancel/Edit the booking.
We expect every self-employed carer using our platform to adhere to the latest government guidelines for PPE. If you believe that your carer’s levels of protection are not sufficient, either discuss it with them in person or let a member of our team know.

Once you’ve signed up, you will receive an email notification asking you to verify your account details by clicking on a link that’s been sent to your registered email address. Follow the verification instructions from the link and at the end of the process, it will tell you that your account has been successfully verified and can therefore start using the account.
You can change the data you entered on the site by logging in and editing the data, please make sure to click save when complete.
If your account has been blocked, contact support@pairmycare.com for support on reactivating your account additionally use the chat window.
If you forget your password, on the login pop up, click on Forgot Password which will send you a password reset link to your registered email account.

Once you’ve applied for a job, Users of the service are alerted instantly of your response. You may need to speak to them beforehand but the process is quick and easy.
Pair My Care has partnered with Stripe so that after 72 hours of a completed visit, you’ll receive the payment in your bank account.

You can see a list of all the visits you’ve completed once you’re logged in. Click on My Jobs to see all visits completed.
PairMyCare has the right to close your account if we believe you have violated our terms ond conditions or have received 3 complaints from users of the service for terms violations. We will send email notifications before we decide to deactivate your account.
