Mission and vision
We set up the Axela group with a mission to change the way people think about healthcare and make care more accessible to everyone.
Pair my Care is the next phase of this vision, offering a new way to access care services that gives more autonomy to carers and people looking for care.
Approach
We believe that care should be focused on the individual not the condition. We brought everything we’ve learned from 32 years’ experience in the care industry to Pair my Care – so that people can choose how they want to access care, together with our Axela Care services.
Beliefs
After seeing how focusing on the person leads to positive changes, we sawan opportunity to create a service that gave control back to carers and people looking for care, showing the best of what care can be.
This focus on understanding the needs of the individual needing care and pairing them with highly trained and passionate care staff is what Pair my Care was founded on.
